E-signature: error occurred exporting the PDF to PNG images
Scenario
You may see the following errors when trying to send a document from Digita Practice Management to Onvio for e-signature.
Error message
The SignDocuments operation failed. An error occurred exporting the PDF to PNG images.
Cannot access a disposed object.
Causes
The probable cause of this error is when the file name of a document you've attached for e-signature is too long.
Solution
Change the file name of the document so that it's less than 80 characters.
