You can open a document that is locked in the Documents area as read-only, and you can download another version of the document to your local drive, but it may be out of sync with other version that is opened via Onvio Link.
You can hover your mouse pointer over the lock icon in the Documents area to see which staff member currently has the document locked, and the date that it was opened via Onvio Link.
When a locked document is returned to the Documents area, it is automatically unlocked. The lock icon next to the document and the breadcrumb path at the top of the Documents area is removed.
If you have the appropriate permission enabled, you can unlock a document via the Manage menu.
