Add a new annotation or select an existing annotation.
Click the comment icon.
Enter your comment in the comment text field for that annotation.

If another staff added the annotation to the document, select the annotation, click the comment icon and you will be able to reply. Click Post to save your comment.
Click Save.

A badge next to the Comments link shows the number of comments that have been entered.
Edit or delete a saved comment by clicking the ellipsis button on an existing comment and choose edit or delete.
