If you have appropriate permissions, you can delete clients from Onvio or set them as inactive.
Before you start
You can't delete clients if they are attached to other information, such as time and billing entries. In that case, we recommend you set the client as inactive.
An inactive client can't be assigned to future projects, tasks, or bills.
Set client as inactive
Go to Setup, then Clients.
Choose the client, then select Edit .
On the General tab, scroll to the bottom and select
Inactive
.
Save your changes.
Delete a client
Go to Setup, then Clients.
Tick the checkbox next to each client you want to delete.
Select Delete from the toolbar, then select Delete.
