Delete a contact

Before you start

  • Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Contacts enabled.
  • Once you delete a contact, it can't be retrieved.
  • You can only delete a contact if there are no items in Onvio Centre referencing the contact.

Delete or remove a contact

When you delete a contact, their relationships will be deleted with other contacts and clients.
  1. In Onvio Centre select Setup, then All Contacts.
  2. Choose the Contacts to delete.
  3. Select Delete and select Delete again to confirm.
Delete contact error
If you receive an error while trying to delete a contact, the contact still has items referencing them in Onvio Centre such as
  • A document request
  • A document approval
  • A relationship to a client
