Disconnect a client's OnBalance account from your firm

You can disconnect a client’s OnBalance account from your firm when you stop working with them.
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Clients
    .
  2. Select
    Edit
    next to the client's ID.
  3. Select the
    Integration
    tab.
  4. Select
    Disconnect
    .
  5. Confirm that you want to disconnect the client.

If you want to reconnect a client with your firm, send them a new invitation to use OnBalance.
