Add or update contact information

Before you start

  • Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has
    Contacts
    enabled.

Add a contact

A contact is an individual or business who you have interactions with. You can add a contact, then set a relationship to a client and grant them access to Client Centre.
  1. In Onvio Centre, choose
    Setup
    , then
    All Contacts
    .
  2. Select
    Add
    .
  3. Enter a
    Name
    .
  4. Optionally, you can mark the contact as Confidential, add relationships, define the fiscal year and grant Client Centre access to the contact.
  5. Select
    Save
    when you're finished.

  • The fields that appear on the General tab vary depending on the selection you made in the
    Entity Type
    field. The default entity type is Individual.
  • You can upload a photo of the contact by clicking the circle left of the contact's name at the top of the page.
