Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has
Contacts
enabled.
Add a contact
A contact is an individual or business who you have interactions with. You can add a contact, then set a relationship to a client and grant them access to Client Centre.
In Onvio Centre, choose
Setup
, then
All Contacts
.
Select
Add
.
Enter a
Name
.
Optionally, you can mark the contact as Confidential, add relationships, define the fiscal year and grant Client Centre access to the contact.
Select
Save
when you're finished.
note
The fields that appear on the General tab vary depending on the selection you made in the
Entity Type
field. The default entity type is Individual.
You can upload a photo of the contact by clicking the circle left of the contact's name at the top of the page.
