Before you start
Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has
Staff

Permission Groups
, and
Onvio Access
enabled.
You'll need to have permission groups set up to assign staff to.
Add a staff member
Select
Setup
, then
Staff
.
Select
Add
.
Go to the
General
tab.
Enter an
ID
,
Name
, and
Email Address
.
note
The email address you enter here will be used by the staff member to register and sign in to Onvio.
Go to the
Onvio Access
tab.
Turn on
Onvio Access
.
Verify the staff member's email address and update it if necessary.
Choose whether to send the registration email now, or later.
Choose
Select
, tick the checkbox for each permission group that the staff member should belong to, and then select
Done
.
note
Onvio shows the permissions for the highlighted permission group.
You can also add rates and relationships to the staff member.
Select
Save
when you're finished.
