Project and Task history

You can view the history of a Project and/or Task to see specific actions or changes that have been made by your staff. These events are automatically logged and can be displayed on the Project grid.
To view the history of a Project and/or Task:
  1. In Onvio Center, select
    Projects.
  2. Within the Project grid, Go to the
    Actions
    column.
  3. Select
    View History.
Events included in history are the following:
Project fields:
  • A project gets added/created
  • Actual Received date
  • Status
  • Current Due Date
  • Target Start Date
  • Target Complete Date
  • Primary Assignment
  • Secondary Assignment
  • Reviewer
  • Actual Start Date
  • Actual Complete Date
Tasks fields:
  • A task gets added/created
  • Status
  • Target Start Date
  • Target Complete Date
  • Actual Start Date
  • Actual Complete Date
  • Primary Assignment
  • Secondary Assignment
