Your auditor will send a consent request via email where you can give your consent for your auditor to access transactional banking data.
Open the email account you provided to the auditor, then open the request email from Thomson Reuters.
Select
Provide Consent
.
Go to Step 3, type the name of the bank in the search field. Select the bank that you want to share with your auditor.
Review our user agreement and terms, then tick the
I have read and accepted the Confirmation User Agreement for Clients and terms of the Open Banking Portal Schedule
checkbox.
Select
Proceed
. You'll be directed to a secure third-party portal to enter your banking credentials.
Verify all the information, then select
Confirm
.
You'll get a successfully linked message.
Once you give consent, your auditor will have access to the transactional account history for the institution you selected in Step 3.
If your auditor is asking for access to transactional data for multiple banks, you'll need to complete these steps for each bank, selecting different banking institutions in Step 3.
