Share folders
Select
Folders
from the menu bar.
Select a folder from the My Folders list or select
New
to create a folder.
With a folder selected, select
Share '[folder name]'
.
Select
Contacts
.
Choose the people and groups you want to share your folder with.
Select
Insert
.
Mark or clear
Share subfolders of '[folder name]'
checkbox, then select
Continue
.
Use the dropdown lists to choose the folder sharing role for each person or group.
note
Each role has a different level of access.
Select
Share
