Cancellation
You can cancel a ProView eBook if you tell us within 7 days of the invoice date. To cancel, use the Customer Support general enquiry form.

Publication status
You can only open your eBook once the title is published. To find the publication date, check the Sweet & Maxwell website, contact Customer Support or call 0345 850 9355.
If you bought your eBook from another seller, contact them.
