License your Digita Suite products

When licensing your Digita products you have two options:
  1. License Online:
    1. Make sure you have no clients open within the Digita product.
    2. Go to
      Tools
      ,
      License
      ,
      Licence Online
      .
    3. Enter your Customer ID and Post Code if requested.
    4. Select
      Retrieve
      .
    5. Your licence will automatically be retrieved and the product will be licenced.
  2. If no licences are available or the licence details are incorrect, then contact Support to licence the software over the phone:
    1. Call the licencing department at 03450 180 909.
    2. Go to
      Tools
      ,
      Licence
      ,
      Licence by Telephone
       and have the Custom number ready to give to the support representative.
    3. The support representative will give you a generated password to enter.
    4. Select
      Licence Now
       when complete.
