Form D-40E print requirements

To print form D-40E, SUB District of Columbia Individual Income Tax Declaration for Electronic Filing:
  1. In the
    Organizer
    , go to
    E-file
    , then
    Enable/Create
    .
  2. Select the
    Return
     tab.
  3. In the row for District of Columbia, make sure the
    Enable
     checkbox in
    Column B
     is checked.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
