Select either Resident
or Part Year Resident
.

Select Organizer

, then the District of Columbia
folder.

Select Credits
, Non-Custodial Parent EITC Claim Eligibility
, then the Eligibility
tab.

Go to the Eligibility
section.

Answer Yes
to all 8 questions.

Do a full recompute, then print.
