To generate and print Form OL-S, Kentucky Local Standard Occupational License Fee Return, you'll need to turn on state/city.

Go to the Organizer
, select States
folder and then Add States/Cities
.

Select Residency
for the state of Kentucky.

Go to the Organizer
and select

Cities
Counties
Intangibles
Tangible

, and then the Kentucky LLC Return and Cities
folder.

Select KY Local Standard
, then Add Kentucky City
.

Select the city from the dropdown in the City
section.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.
