Form MI-1040D print requirements

To print form MI-1040D, Michigan Adjustments of Capital Gains and Losses:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Michigan
    Form MI-1040D and Form MI-4797
    .
  2. Select
    Form MI-1040D and Form MI-4797
    .
  3. Make sure the
    Prepare Schedules MI-1040D and MI-4797
     checkbox is marked.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn’t print, make sure the correct extension option is selected:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Payments and Extensions
    Extensions
    .
  2. Go to the
    State Options and Payments
     tab.
  3. Make sure that
    option 1
     or
    option 2
     isn't selected for
    Michigan
    .
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
