Make sure the selection for New York is R – Resident
.

In Tax Forms
, go to States
, New York
, then Resident
.

Select Credit Forms
, then IT-209 - Noncustodial Parent EIC
.

Make sure there is an amount or NONE on at least one of the following lines:

On the Page 3
tab: line 32.

On the Page 4
tab: lines 42, 43, or 45.

Do a full recompute, then print.
