To print Form IT-611, New York Claim for Brownfield Redevelopment Tax Credit For Qualified Sites Accepted into the Brownfield Cleanup Program Prior to June 23, 2008:

- SelectCredit Forms, thenIT-611 - Claim for Brownfield Redev Cr.
- Make sure one of the following conditions is true:On thePage 1tab, select Yes for Item A.On thePage 4tab, there is an amount orNONEinline 40.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
