To print Form TR-579-IT, New York State E-file Signature Authorization For Forms IT-201, IT-201-X, IT-203, IT-203-X, IT-214, and NYC-210:

In Organizer
, select E-file
, then Enable/Create
.

Select the Return
tab.

Select the Enable
checkbox in column B
for New York
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer
, select Payments and Extensions
, then Extensions
.

Select the State Options and Payments
tab.

Clear
option 1
or option 2
for New York.

Do a full recompute, then print.
