To print Form TR-579-PT, New York State E-file Signature Authorization for Forms IT-204 and IT-204-LL:

Make sure the ownership of the return is selected:

In Organizer
, select States
, then New York
.

Select IT-204-LL Filing Fee Payment Form
, then EIN of filing entity
.

In the Ownership of Return (Mandatory)
section, select either Taxpayer
or Spouse
.

Turn on the e-file:

In Organizer
, select E-file
, then Enable/Create
.

Select the Return
tab.

Select the Enable
checkbox in column B
for New York IT-204-LL
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it’s suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then New York
.

Select IT-204-LL Filing Fee Payment Form
, then Return Options
.

Clear the Suppress print of Form IT-204-LL
checkbox.

Do a full recompute, then print.
