Form IT-RE print requirements

To generate and print Ohio Form IT-RE, Ohio Residency Affidavit:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , and then
    Add States/Cities
    .
  2. For state
    Ohio
    , select the residency option.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , and then
    Ohio
    .
  4. Select
    Amended Return
    , then mark the
    Amended Return
     checkbox.
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
