Form PA-8453 print requirement

To calculate and print Form PA-8453, Pennsylvania Individual Income Tax Declaration for Electronic Filing:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , select
    E-file
    , then
    Signature Authorization
    .
  2. Under the
    Signature Option
     section, make sure
    Form 8879 – Practitioner PIN
     is selected.
  3. In
    Organizer
    , select
    E-file
    , then
    Enable/Create
    .
  4. Under the
    Return
     tab, make sure Pennsylvania is enabled, and column J has
    Form PA-8453
     selected.
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
