Form D-65 print requirements

Go to Organizer, then select States
, then State and City Activation
.

Activate District of Columbia by going to column B and selecting Active
.

Go to the DC folder
, select E-file D-65
.

Select the checkbox for Form D-65
.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Suppression
.

Clear the checkbox for extensions.

Do a full recompute and print again.
