Form 4578 print requirements

To print form 4578, Michigan Business Tax Schedule of Partners:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
     and select
    States
    .
  2. Select
    Michigan
    , then
    4578, MBT Schedule of Partners
    .
  3. Make sure there is an amount on either:
    1. Line 2, or
    2. Line 3.
  4. Do a full recompute and print.
