Form 4947 print requirements

To print form 4947, Michigan Schedule of Certificated Credits:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    ,
    States
    ,
    Michigan
    , then the
    4947
    ,
    Sch of Certificated Credits
     folder.
  2. Make sure there is an amount or NONE populated in at least one of these lines:
    1. Line 11.
    2. Line 28.
    3. Line 39.
  3. Do a full recompute and print.
