Form IT-204-IP print requirements

To print Form IT-204-IP, New York Partner’s Schedule K-1:

Go to Organizer
, States
, then select New York
.

Select Return Options
, and go to the New York State Forms
section.

Make sure that the field for All partners' Form IT-204-IP
is cleared.

Make sure that at least 1 partner is of the following types:

Disregarded Entity

Estate

Grantor Trust

Individual

Nominee

Partnership

LLP

LLC

Do a full recompute, then print.

To make sure at least 1 partner has a partner type selected:

Go to Organizer
, Partner Information
, then select Partner by Partner Data
.

Go to Name of partner
, Partner Information
, and select Partner Information
.

Go to the Partner type
section.

For the Type of entity
field, select one of the types of partner as shown earlier.

If for the type of entity Exempt Org
is selected, the form won’t print.
