Form TR-579-PT print requirements
To print Form TR-579-PT, New York State E-File Signature Authorization for Tax Year 2024 for Forms IT-204 and IT-204-LL:
- E-File for Form IT-204 and or IT-204-LL has to be enabled.
- Go toOrganizer,States, then selectState E-file.
- SelectEnable/Create Returnsand select the checkboxes for:IT-204and orIT-204-LL.
- Go toOrganizer,States, and selectNew York.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
To print the signature form for Form IT-204:
- Go toE-File,Additional Information, and go to the sectionEro / Preparer Certification and Signature (IT-204)section.
- Select theI have read the certification above and agreecheckbox.
- Or, in theSelf-Filer Declaration and Signature (IT-204)section, select theI have read the certification above and agreecheckbox.
To print the signature form for Form IT-204-LL:
- Go toE-File – IT-204-LL,Additional information, and go to theEro / Preparer Certification and Signature (IT-204)section.
- Select theI have read the certification above and agreecheckbox.
- Or in theSelf-Filer Declaration and Signature (IT-204)section, select theI have read the certification above and agreecheckbox.
