Form 228-S EXT print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 228-S EXT, Net Profit Extension Request:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Cities
    Lexington
    .
  2. Select
    Extension Information
    , then go to the
    Fayette County Net Profit Extension Request
     section. Mark the
    Return is on extension
     checkbox and enter the amount in
    Line Estimated Payment
    .
If the form still doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. Go to
    States
    Common State
    Print Options
    .
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
    , then go to the
    Suppression KY Cities
     tab. In the
    Lexington
     row, clear the checkbox in
    Column Ext
    .
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
