Form 228EXT print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 228EXT, Extension Request:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Cities
    Lexington
    .
  2. Select
    Extension Information
    , then go to the
    Lexington - Fayette Urban County Government Extension Request
     section. Enter the
    Online Payment Information & Extension Information
    .
If the form still doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. Go to the
    States, Common State, Print Options
     folder.
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
    , then go to the
    Suppression KY Cities
     tab. In the
    Lexington
     row, clear the checkbox in
    Column Ext
    .
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
