Form 4562 print requirements
To print, calculate, or suppress Form 4562, Depreciation and Amortization:
- In theOrganizer, go to theIncome and Deductions, Deductions, Depreciation and Amortizationfolder.
- Then go to theGeneral Depreciation and Amortization, Form 4562 Informationfolder.
- Select4562 Overrides, then go to theKentucky 4562 Overridestab. Make sure amounts are entered for all member returns and not only inTop consolidation locator.
If the form still doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
- Go to .
- SelectReturn Options, then go to thePrint Suppressionsection.
- Clear the checkbox forKentucky Form 4562 and Kentucky Form 4562 detailfor all the lower members.
- SelectState Adjustments, then go to theFederal Overridessection.
- Clear theSuppress the flow of federal and Kentucky Form 4562 amounts to the returncheckbox for all the lower members.
- Go to theCommon State, Print Optionsfolder.
- SelectPrint Suppression, then go to theSuppression AL-MEtab. In theKentuckyrow, clear theColumn Fed Attchcheckbox.
- Do a full recompute and generate the print.

Make sure Federal Form 4562 is generated for each member; otherwise, Kentucky Form 4562 won’t print.
