Form OL-3 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form OL-3, Occupational License Return:
  1. Go to
    Print
    Selected Cities
    Louisville
    All forms
    . The form will be printed here.
If the form still doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    Print Options
    .
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
    , then go to the
    Suppression KY Cities
     tab. In the
    Louisville
     row, clear the checkbox in the
    State Forms
     column.
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
