Change the designated agent name on Form CT-3-A, NYC-2A, and NYC-3A

Form CT-3-A, New York Combined Franchise Tax Return, Form NYC-2A, New York City Business Corporation Tax Combined Return, or Form NYC-3A, New York City General Corporation Tax Combined Return displays the designated agent name based on the parent company listed in the Consolidated Return List.
To change the designated agent name on Form CT-3-A, New York Combined Franchise Tax Return, Form NYC-2A, New York City Business Corporation Tax Combined Return, or Form NYC-3A, New York City General Corporation Tax Combined Return:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Consolidated Returns
    Step 1 - What to Consolidate
    Consolidated Return List
     tab.
  2. Update the parent company in the
    Subsidiary Listing
     to the company you want shown as designated agent.
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
