Form CT-224 print requirements

To print Form CT-224, New York Public Utility, Power Producer, and Pipeline Adjustments:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms

    , then
    CT-224 - Public Utility Adjustments
    .
  2. Make sure there is an amount on line 4, 5, 12, or 13.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    General Information
    , then
    Basic Return Information
    .
  4. On the
    Entity Information
     tab, in the
    Return/Entity Type
    , the
    Return type
     needs to be
    1120 - U.S. Corporation
    .
  5. Do a full compute, then print.
