This form is for a C Corporation Combined. A form prints for each subsidiary from a top consolidation. The data source is from the subsidiary level.
To print, calculate, or suppress Form CT-3-A/BC, Member's Detail Report.
  1. Select
    Organizer

    General Information
    , then
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. Select the
    Entity Information
     tab, then in the
    Return/Entity Type
     section, for
    Return Type
     , select
    1120 – U.S. Corporation
     and
    Top consolidation
    .
  3. Select
    Organizer
    , then
    States
    , then
    State and City Activation
    .
  4. Select
    State and City Activation
    , then in the
    New York
     row, in
    Column C
    , select
    Combine
    .
  5. Do a full recompute and then print.
