You'll get this diagnostic if the name entered for the entity information doesn't exactly match what shows on Form OR-20 in Tax Forms.

However, the legal name entered at OR-20/OR-20-INC page 1 header does not exactly match the entity name entered at Organizer/General Information/Basic Return information/Entity Information/Name, including capitalization. Solution
To resolve this diagnostic, temporarily change the name entered for the entity information to match the OR-20 legal name:
- Go to .
- Enter the Form OR-20 legal name into theNamefield.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
- Once you've qualified the Oregon return, change the Federal name back to its original value.
