Filtering Grids

You can quickly locate specific information related to a request, item, or supplier by using the filtering capabilities on grids in the ONESOURCE Global Trade Management screens.To enable the filters for each column.n.
  1. Select
    Show/Hide Filter
    .
    A filter row will appear in the column headers.
  2. Choose a column to filter. Enter a value in the column’s corresponding filter field and select the filter icon.
  3. A list of filter options will appear. Select an option to select the filter. Filter options will vary depending on the type of column header (alphanumeric, date, numeric).
    The results will then narrow down to match the specified filter parameters.
  4. If you want to remove the filter(s) you applied, select
    NoFilter
     in the filter option(s) you selected.
You can use multiple filters at the same time to further narrow down search results. This is referred to as a recursive search.Filter options include the following and may vary by field or by screen within the application..
