Aviso de Cruce (AVC) - Crossing Notice

The
Crossing Notice
 screen is used to recover, download, and print the Aviso de Cruce (AVC) document. The AVC is a document used by transporters to get authorization to cross the border.
This document is issued by the National Customs Agency (ANAM) but it is currently not available to be printed via ANAM’s website. You can print the AVC document previously issued (filled on ANAM’s website) by following the procedure described below on IMMEX.
  1. In the Invoices menu, click the sub-menu
    Crossing Notice
    .
  2. Enter the document number previously filled on ANAM’s web site you want to download and click
    Recover
    .
  3. A pop-up window will open. Enter your ANAM credentials on the
    User
     and
    Password
     field bars and click
    Confirm
    .
  4. Click the link to download the PDF document into your local drive.
important
When you exit this screen the system does not store the document you recovered. If you want to download AVC documents again, you must follow the procedure described in this section.
