COVE Consolidated Announcement (Aviso Consolidado COVE)
The COVE Consolidated Announcement (Aviso Consolidado COVE) is used to declare any orders that regulate the entry/exit of merchandise from national territory. It contains relevant information in accordance with the operations consolidated in the pedimento and is required for SAT. To be able to print this document, the invoice status must be
Pending Close (COVE Approved).
Next, locate the invoice in the
Work With Invoices
grid, hover over the downward-facing arrow in the second leftmost column, and select Aviso Consolidado COVE
from the menu.
The system will then generate the Consolidated Announcement (Aviso Consolidado COVE) document. Once this document has been successfully generated, the Work With Invoices screen will refresh to show an expanded record for the selected invoice. In its subgrid will be a link containing the document. Clicking on the document name will open a separate browser tab where the consolidated announcement can be viewed.
