Export Report of Submanufacturing (Submaquila) Operations

The Submanufacturing Operations Export Report (Submaquila Report) contains:
  • A detailed description of all merchandise transferred by the IMMEX company to the sub-manufacturer
  • The proportion of the final export (expressed as a percentage)
Since this report can only be generated after the returned goods are exported as the final finished good, FIFO must be processed prior to generating the report. Skipping this step may result in inaccurate data and proportions being reported.
To generate this report.
  1. Open the
    Submaquila Report
     screen.
  2. Set the specified parameters.
  3. Click
    Generate
    .
Fields
Description
Year
The report year.
Folio
The report’s folio number.
Expedition Location
The address in which the sub-manufacturing was processed.
Semester
The period of year in which the sub-manufacturing was processed.
Company
The company name requesting the sub-manufacturing
Transformers
The company name executing the manufacturing.
Last Name
The representative’s last name.
Last Name 2
An additional space for the representative’s last name (Jr., Sr., etc.).
Name(s)
The representative’s first name.
RFC
Representative’s RFC number
CURP
Representative’s CURP number
