The
Finished Goods Balance Audit
compares the available quantity of the manufactured products in the ERP system against what is in ONESOURCE IMMEX. It can be printed at any time after FIFO process is completed. If the report is generated before FIFO is processed; a warning message will appear on the screen, stating that FIFO process is not complete. This may result in the report generating inaccurate data.This report can either show all parts or only show out of balance parts. If
Out of Balance Parts
is selected, the report will only show the products that are out of balance in the system.This report can be generated as an Adobe PDF file, a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, or a Microsoft Word document.

Generate
to create the report.A link will then appear on the screen. Clicking this link will open a second browser tab that shows the report. These reports can also be sent by e-mail.
important
If the inventory transactions and balance quantities are downloaded in the middle of the day without completing the daily process, the balances in the inventory control system may reflect out of balance transactions.
Inventories Can Reflect Out of Balance Transactions
Columns | Description |

Inventory Level | This column represents the quantity of available inventory on Receipt layers. |
Issued Material | This column represents the inventoried quantity of manufactured products. |
Staging Quantity | This column shows the quantity of available inventory in the preparation (staging) tables that have transaction dates equal or less than what is being processed. |
Pre-Processed | This column shows all transactions processed ahead of what the ERP has by inventory. (Not common- only used for FTZ). |
Pending Quantity | This column stores negative inventory that still needs balance to be shipped. |
Kanban Holding | This column shows all retained Kanban information. Although this column is used by users subscribed to ONESOURCE Foreign-Trade Zone Management; it is not commonly used in ONESOURCE IMMEX. |
Issued Components | This column shows the material emitted to production orders or that are in WIP (work in progress). |
Retained Waste | This column shows any listed scrap or waste material. |
IP System Balances | This column shows the inventory listed inside ONESOURCE. |
IM System Balances | This column shows the inventory listed within the ERP system. |
System Comparison | This column shows the inventory comparison between ONESOURCE IMMEX and the ERP system. |
