IMMEX Lookups

The ONESOURCE Lookups screen is a cross-platform functionality that provides a high-level overview of all records stored in each ONESOURCE product. For more information on the Lookup functionality, refer to the Lookup user guide.
The IMMEX Lookup contains different categories which are described in the subsections listed below. You can access them by clicking the sub-menu Lookups.
important
Avoid using
Lookups
 for extracting large volumes of data (e.g., tens of thousands of records). For such extractions, use the available
Outbound reports
 or request a customization for specific cases.

IMMEX Catalogs

Provides queries to get master data information for:
  • Company Catalog
  • Item Master Catalog
  • Fixed Assets Catalog

Vision Authority (Spanish)

  • Business Catalog
  • Representatives and Customs Agents
  • Materials
  • Products
  • General Taxpayer Information

IMMEX Pedimentos

It allows you to review Broker Pedimento data, orgazined by each section of the pedimento file:

This category should be used to review validation errors, pending processes and transactions before processing FIFO. These queries can help avoiding issues during FIFO.
