Temporary Import Filter
The Pedimento Summary report supports an optional filtering mode that restricts report output to temporary import Pedimentos only. This mode is intended for use when presenting the report to Mexican authorities or auditors who require only temporary import data.
When this filtering mode is active, a notification message will appear at the top of the Pedimento Summary screen confirming that the configuration is enabled (“Hide Definitive Imports setting is On. This report will be generated with only Temporarily Imported items”). To enable this mode, contact Professional Services.
Filtering rules when the setting is enabled:
The system evaluates three fields for each Pedimento to determine whether it will appear in the report: the Pedimento Code, the Pedimento Category (IMP or EXP), and the Pedimento Regimen. These fields can be reviewed in the Pedimento Audit screen.
Behavior for rectified pedimentos (R1):
For rectified Pedimentos, the system determines whether to include the rectification in the report based on the original Pedimento:
- If the original Pedimento would have been included in the report, the rectification (R1) will also be included.
- If the original Pedimento would have been excluded from the report, the rectification (R1) will also be excluded.

Multilevel BOMs (Bill of Materials)
The Multilevel BOMS report shows the hierarchy of components, subassemblies, and raw materials needed to manufacture a product. Unlike a single-level BOM, which lists only the immediate parts and materials required, the Multilevel BOMS report breaks down each component into its own parts and subcomponents.
