Returnable Packing Invoice
In case you need to return any kind of packing used to their country of origin, you can do so by creating an Export invoice with the
Invoice Type Returnable Pack (RET)
.
Once the Invoice Type is selected, the system will show all applicable sections of the invoice header. Required fields cannot be omitted and are marked with an asterisk (*). Complete all necessary information for the invoice and then click
Create Invoice
.

This invoice type is not processed by FIFO.
For this process, make sure the product declared on the invoice, at the Item Master Catalog screen, has either the option
Container
or Packing
selected on the PartCategoryCode
field.
The combination of the Invoice Type and the Flag at the Item Master Catalog must be respected to issue an invoice without inventory consuming of this item.
