User Setup

The User Settings screen provides the ability to set up new users within the ONESOURCE Global Trade system. This screen can be opened by clicking the drop-down arrow to the right of the username and selecting

Creating a user with auditor permissions

For setting up auditor users in IMMEX, follow these guidelines:
  1. Group assignment
    : Link the user only to the
    IMMEX Customs Authority Access
     group.
  2. Language setting
    : The language defined in the user registration must be Spanish.
