Web Services
Starting on June 10th, 2021, the SAT system is updated to use the new unified webservice for DODA/PITA. To make sure the unified webservice is active, check the following system global code:
The next step will be to send and receive DODA through the web service(s) using the following options:
Send DODA options | Description |

Send DODA/PITA | This action will send the document via the DODA/PITA webservice. Once the webservice is complete, the system will return an XML file with the request number and (if the response is satisfactory) an XML file with the ticket number. |
Get DODA/PITA | This action will receive the DODA/PITA into the system. If any errors occur, make any necessary changes and re-submit the DODA/PITA.
If the answer is satisfactory, the DODA/PITA Number field will be updated with the DODA/PITA Number received in the file and the Status will change to Authorized once an answer has been received from the Get DODA/PIT webservice. |
Eliminate DODA/PITA | This action will delete the DODA file and remove it from the grid. |
