Filtering and Sorting AES Management

The
AES Management
 grid has advanced filtering capabilities that can be utilized to quickly locate specific shipments.

Column Headers

To sort a column:
  1. Choose a column to sort and click the column header.
  2. Click once to sort in ascending order.
  3. Click twice to sort in descending order.
  4. Click a third time to return the table to its original order. Numerical values will precede alphabetical values.

Show/Hide Filter

To apply a filter to the
AES Management
 grid:
  1. Click
    Show/Hide Filter
    .
  2. After
    Show/Hide Filter
     has been clicked, a bar with filter fields will appear below the column headers. This means search options are now available.
  3. Choose a column to search by and enter a value into the field.
  4. After a value is entered, click the filter icon to the right.
  5. Choose a filter option from the menu. Filter options will vary depending on column type (alphanumeric, date, numeric, time).
After a filter has been selected, the grid will only display data matching the filtered parameters. More than one column can be filtered at a time to further narrow down search results.

Grouping

Aside from the SRN, any other column in the
AES Management
 screen can be used to rearrange data within the grid.
To organize the grid by column-driven groups:
  1. Choose a column header from the grid.
  2. Click and drag the column header name to the gray bar on the top of the grid.
Multiple column groups can be selected to re-organize how the
AES Management
 grid is viewed.
