1040 DC print requirements

Form D-40 To print form D-40, District of Columbia SUB Individual Income Tax Return:
  1. In the
    Organizer
    , go to
    States
    , then
    Add States/Cities
    .
  2. Make sure the selection for District of Columbia is
    R – Resident
     or
    PY - Part-Year Resident
    .
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:
  1. In the
    Organizer
    , go to
    Payments and Extensions
    , then
    Extensions
    .
  2. Select the
    State Options and Payments
     tab.
  3. Make sure the selection for District of Columbia is
    Option 3
    ,
    Option 4
    , or
    Option 5
    .
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
