Form 8879-K print requirements

To Print Kentucky Form KY 8879-K - E-filing Declaration:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    E-file
    Enable/Create
    .
  2. Go to the
    Return
     tab, locate the
    Kentucky
     row within the column for signature form options, then select
    Form 8879-K
     from the dropdown.
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
