Form 3174 print requirements

To print Form 3174, Direct Deposit of Refund. (For use with MI-1040CR-7 only).
  1. Go to the
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , then select
    Michigan
    .
  2. Select
    MI-1040CR-7 – Home Heating Credit
    .
  3. Mark the
    Line 18
     checkbox to allow a refund of this credit.
  4. Go to the
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , then select
    Common State
    .
  5. Enter the
    Bank information
    .
  6. In
    Column C
    , clear the
    Suppress Direct Deposit of Refund
     checkbox.
  7. Do a full recompute, then print.
